Boston Bridge is excited to host Alice Bonner, PhD, RN, FAAN. She will provide updates on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative and its efforts to improve care for older adults in the United States. She will also discuss the launch of the Global Healthy Aging Initiative and its work to advance better systems of care for aging populations worldwide. Whether interested in innovative care in the US or abroad this event is for you!
Dr. Bonner has over 30 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. She is Senior Advisor for Aging at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and Chair of the Moving Forward Nursing Home Quality Coalition. She is also Adjunct Faculty at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and previously served as Secretary of the Executive Office of Elder Affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2015 to 2019. From 2011 to 2013, she was Director of the Division of Nursing Homes at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
